What's inside

Everything you need to run a festival. Nothing you don't.

Six modules, one dashboard, one attendee app. No plugins, no upsells, no surprise add-ons.

Schedule

Day-by-day programming with times, stages, and highlights. Attendees can bookmark favorites and get reminders.

Map

Pin everything — stages, vendors, medical, parking, restrooms. Upload your own map image. Works offline on the event grounds.

Announcements

Push urgent alerts to every attendee in seconds. Weather warnings, schedule changes, lost-and-found. With severity levels.

Sponsors

Give sponsors real visibility with tiered listings. Star ratings, custom accent colors, clickable links.

Team access

Invite co-owners, editors, volunteers. Granular roles so your sponsor coordinator can't accidentally send an urgent alert.

Branded QR codes

Generate a QR code for your event with your logo in the middle. Scans route to the right app store, on any phone. Prints as a poster.

Offline first

Cellular dies at festivals. FestivalOS is built for that. Every attendee caches the schedule, map, and info locally.

What is FestivalOS?

FestivalOS is event management software for festivals and live events. Organizers use a web dashboard at festival-os.com to set up their event's schedule, map, announcements, and sponsors. Attendees download a free iOS app, type the event code, and get offline-ready access to everything. An Android app is on the roadmap.

How much does FestivalOS cost?

Single Event is $349 one-time and covers one event for 12 months. Pro is $99 per month and covers up to 5 events per year with 15 team members. Enterprise is a custom annual contract for municipalities, festival management companies, and multi-city promoters. Every plan includes unlimited attendees and all six modules.

Does FestivalOS work offline at the festival?

Yes. The attendee app caches the schedule, map, sponsors, and safety information locally on first launch. Once cached, the app works with no cellular signal and no Wi-Fi — essential at festival grounds where connectivity is unreliable. Push announcements queue up and deliver when the phone reconnects.

How do attendees join an event?

Each event has a short event code (like BBB2026). Attendees download the free FestivalOS app from the App Store, open it, and type in the code. Organizers can also generate a branded QR code with their logo in the middle; scanning it sends attendees straight to the App Store and pre-joins them to the event.

Can I send urgent alerts during my event?

Yes. Organizers can push announcements to every attendee who has notifications enabled, with three severity levels — urgent, important, and info. Urgent alerts break through silent mode on iOS. Typical uses include weather warnings, schedule changes, lost-and-found, and safety notices.

Can I invite co-organizers to help manage my event?

Yes. Owners invite team members by email. Invitees receive a sign-in link, click it, and they're automatically added to the organization. V1 supports owner and member roles. V1.1 adds granular roles for editor, sponsor coordinator, announcements-only, and viewer.

Who built FestivalOS?

FestivalOS is a product of CADREN, a division of Automated Software Systems LLC, based in Norfolk, Nebraska. It was built by founder Adam Geiger with Big Bang Boom 2026 as the launch partner. Contact: Automatedsoftwaresystemsllc@gmail.com.
